Delivery Service Options
Delivery is by parcel courier unless you are in the areas detailed below ( Hampshire, West Sussex ) or wish to travel to collect.

TNT Courier Delivery
Hexagonal and Oval Pools are £48.00 return carriage UK mainland and IOW, ( this is subsidised by us as it costs us more).
Luxury Heated Pools, delivered in two boxes are £68.00 return carraige UK mainland and IOW. (Again this is subsidised as it costs us more).
*If you live in any other offshore UK Islands carraige is £30 extra and will take an extra working day.
We use a next working day service (currently 99% successful), although delivery on your chosen day is never guaranteed*
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, normally between 8am and 5pm
However you should allow to be in all day, or until your order arrives.
If you would like to pay extra for AM delivery (normally before 1PM) this is an addition £10. Again although mostly reliable this is not a guaranteed service.
*The couriers we use are a one man service delivery company. They do use sack trucks and should not therefore roll or handle your pool personally. If you suspect your pool may be damaged on arrival or the box is badly damaged, please sign the delivery note as "Damaged box" in big letters. Then if you find when opening there are parts damaged we can make a claim. If you just sign the delivery note we cannot. Most delivery drivers will get the pool box into your front door for you. However we are not able to insist they do as they are not insured to do so. We recommend that you ask someone to wait with you ( or a neighbour perhaps be on hand ) to move your pool indoors if necessary. It is a large heavy box (approx 40kg). Two man delivery companies cost at least twice as much as our current courier, and we have found that most customers prefer a lower delivery rate.
The pool and any accessories you order come in a very large box, you will need to store this box and the packing materials for the return shipping in a safe dry place. Box size approx: 102cm long, 90cm wide and 48cm deep.
The couriers are approximately 99% successful for deliveries and collections. Sometimes delivery for a variety of reasons ( such as breakdowns, driver shortages, or unusal amounts of deliveries ) this is not possible on the date we specify. These will normally be delivered the following working day but please understand that as we still have to pay the couriers, we are not able to refund delivery charges due to late delivery/collection. This situation is however, rare If you anticipate a problem with your delivery, eg you live in a dead end road or a flat, please let us know so we may help as much as possible.
We will of course speak to the couriers on your behalf should they be late and try to get your pool to you as soon as possible. It is the one link in our chain that we have no control over and we find it extremely frustrating ourselves when deliveries are late. Therefore we would appreciate your patience if we need to help you in this situation. Thank you.

For those of you who may wish to have a Waterbirth Advisor (Samantha Jayne) come and set-up your pool in your home.

East to west - Southampton through to Brighton,

If you choose this method of delivery we will do the following:
1. Try to delivery at a time that suits you including weekends and evenings.
2. Take away all packaging so you don't have to store it.
3. Run through all the equipment with you.
4. Set up your pool and dismantle after the birth when we come to collect. **
5. Offer you advice on how to use your pool, TENS, mat etc whatever you have ordered and best positions for labour and birth.
6. Take away all used disposable items such as hoses, liners etc.
7. Serve you with a smile - something we can't guarantee with couriers!
(A cup of tea though is always grateful).
** Please note you will need to fill the pool yourself after set-up,
and have the pool empty and ready for us to dismantle after the birth.
