The Belly Hugger™ is available in the following sizes:

Choose your correct size for a tighter more supportive fit. Tight fit is good for wearing under waistband, over tracksuit bottoms and camouflaging pre-pregnancy unbuttoned trousers. Tight fit is very comfortable and non restrictive
For a snug fit, choose your normal size.
For a loose fit, size up.
For use during pregnancy, wear the Belly Hugger upside down with widest side up. Use Belly Hugger hip measurements for your growing belly and Belly Hugger waist measurements for your pregnant hips. We suggest sizing up one to two sizes from your pre-pregnancy size.

The Belly Hugger is 35cms (14") long. The cotton lycra has a vertical stretch, so this measurement is approximate.
